Hospital passport

One of our family friends were recently admitted to hospital for a period of time. During their admission and stay, they often felt frustrated by the support they received and the limited understanding that the nurses and doctors had of their needs.

So we created this short Hospital Passport* to capture all of their needs so that a member of the nursing staff could spend 2 minutes reading the book and know how to care for them.

We printed the passport as an A5 booklet.
